AI-written blog posts for your small business, checked by a human

You wrote it with ChatGPT. Now you want someone to check it.

You run the business. Nobody on staff writes for a living, so when the website needed a blog or the service pages needed rewriting, you opened ChatGPT, gave it what you knew, and got back something that read well. Then you had the thought that brings most people here: it reads well, but is it right?

That is the question a small business AI content review answers. A professional editor reads the page the way a careful customer would, finds every passage that is wrong, risky, vague or generic, and emails you corrections you paste back into ChatGPT. You keep the draft, your tool and your voice. You lose the parts that would have cost you a customer or a phone call you did not want.

What usually goes wrong

AI writes fluently about businesses it has never seen. It fills gaps with plausible guesses, and the guesses sound exactly as confident as the facts. These are the problems we find most often on small business pages.

Claims about your own services that are not true. The model infers what a business like yours probably offers and writes it as fact. A page for a fictional plumbing company says “we offer 24/7 emergency service across the metro area” when the owner stops answering at six and does not cross the river.

Local details that are slightly off. Neighborhood names, nearby landmarks, climate, regulations. A fictional landscaping page in a northern state recommends planting a species that does not survive that zone, and refers to a county the business has never worked in.

Promises you cannot keep. “Guaranteed results,” “lifetime warranty,” “same-day turnaround,” “lowest price in town.” Each one is a claim a customer can hold you to. A fictional auto shop’s page promises “most repairs done the same day,” a line the owner never wrote and would never say out loud.

Generic tone. “In the ever-evolving world of home improvement, choosing the right contractor is more important than ever.” Nobody chose you because of a sentence like that. The page reads like every other page in your industry because it was drafted from the same average of every other page.

Padding where a decision should be. A fictional accountant’s post titled “Should you file as an S corp?” spends 800 words explaining what an S corp is and never says who should or should not, which is what the title promised.

How the review works for you

Paste the page’s URL and your email, pay one flat fee, and a professional editor reads a snapshot of the page. Usually within one business day you get an email with numbered corrections, each quoting the passage and written as an instruction for your AI. Paste the corrections and the article into ChatGPT, and it applies them. Details are on how it works.

We do not rewrite your page, do not touch your site and do not run AI detectors. We read it.

What you get back

A short cover note and a block of corrections. Each one says what is wrong, why it matters for a reader or a customer, and what to do about it. Where the editor cannot know a fact about your business, the correction says so and tells you what to confirm: “The page says you serve three counties. Confirm the list, or remove the claim.” See a full example on the sample review page.

Questions small business owners ask

I know my business better than any editor. What can you catch that I would miss?

You know the facts. What is hard to see in your own draft is the gap between what you know and what the page says, especially when the AI wrote something plausible you did not dictate. The editor also catches what you are not looking for: tone, structure, promises that read as commitments, and whether the page answers the question in its title.

Does it work on service pages and the home page, or only blog posts?

Any public web page: blog posts, service pages, about pages, landing pages, FAQs. Service pages are where the risky claims tend to live, so they are a good place to start.

Do I need to use ChatGPT specifically?

No. The corrections are plain instructions. They work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or any other tool, and they work if you decide to make the edits by hand.

What if my page is still a draft?

It only needs to be reachable at a URL without a password. A preview or unlisted link from your website builder is fine. Finish the draft first; the editor reads the page as it was when you ordered.

Put an editor on the page before your customers find the mistake

Paste the URL, pay one flat fee, and a human reads every word of your AI-written page, usually within one business day.
